- For items returned within 30 days of purchase, you'll have a choice between receiving a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Free return shipping when you choose store credit.
- Exchange? We offer a streamlined exchange portal to allow you to exchange your product at the same purchase price including sale prices. The flat fee is $10. This covers returning shipping, handling, and reshipping the exchanged item.
- Want your exchange product faster? Use our website to place an order for the item and pay for it as your normally would. Then use our Online Returns feature in your order history to return the item you don't want (it must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging). Then your returned item will be refunded as soon as it is received and processed by our returns facility.
- Requesting a refund? A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
- Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.
- 20% restock fee applies if items are dirty, have animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. If the product is unsellable (excessively used/dirty), a refund will not be issued. Please make every effort to clean your items to get your full refund and avoid the 20% restocking fee.
- Clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return.
