You may compete in the original Correct Connect reins at USDF/USEF competitions but in USEA/USEF and FEI eventing you are not allowed to compete in them.

Shipping is by USPS and UPS and generally and takes 2-5 business days within the U.S.A. and 10 -30 days for outside of the U.S.

At Correct Connect, we are proud of our products and want you to LOVE your purchase. If the product is not what you expected, we will offer you a seamless return/refund experience.
We will provide one free return shipping label for returns made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at customersupport@ridecorrectconnect.com or call us at 910-638-4635 to get a shipping label issued to you. After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and only store credit will be issued. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags and original packaging included. There will be a 20% restock fee for any items returned dirty, traces of animal hair, missing parts or packaging, or if the product is deemed unsellable. Free return shipping only applies to orders in the U.S.
All clearance/closeout items are not elegible for return.
