I purchased these reins as I have always had a hard time holding onto the reins. These have made a WORLD of difference in my ability to consistently hold the reins, which has had a big difference in my contact. I used these reins in a clinic with Lilo Fore, and she was so excited to learn these reins exist, and even had me send her the link! Could not be happier with them and purchased a second pair.

I drive CDE and have severe arthritis in my hands. I had the padded rein section added to my driving reins by my harness maker. It has made a great difference in my ability to have a secure and safe contact with my horse. There are many senior drivers with arthritis. You are missing a good market. Many who can not ride due to aging turn to driving horses. These reins incorporated into my driving reins are a game changer. I suggest you make driving reins with the padded hand holds.

I love these reins! They ensure you have even contact and you can also use the pads to help with the 'sponge squeeze'. Makes you have to close your hands on the reins as well. Highly recommend!
