International Shipping & Orders

We work hard to provide a seamless delivery and excellent customer experience for all international shipments.  Correct Connect uses a cross border logistics carrier that supports affordable door-to-door delivery using a broad network of carriers with pre-paid duties, taxes and fees. 

We aim to ship same business day or next business day. 

Delivery to New Zealand, Australia and Canada

When choosing standard shipping with our cross-border logistics carrier you can expect your package to be delivered +/- 3 weeks from the USA. Expedited shipping is 7-10 days with major carriers such as DHL, UPS, and Fedex.  

Delivery to the EU and UK 

Many of our products are available to ship directly from within the EU/UK but some are only available from the USA.  Duties and taxes are included in your purchase regardless of where it ships from.  When shipping from the USA, you can expect your order +/- 2 weeks.   Shipments from within the EU/UK will be delivered in 5-7 days.  

You will receive a notification with your tracking and delivery details when your order is shipped.  

Returns and Exchanges

Correct Connect is not able to pay for return shipping for EU and UK customers but we do accept returns within the EU and UK.
