The Position Reminder takes the place of that old trainer trick of the whip behind your back, which leads to an uncomfortable over-correction.
Place the Position Reminder higher on the arms to work on your shoulders and lower on the arms to work on your elbows. It is designed to be comfortable and without being too restrictive or compressive.

Sizing:
The Regular Size fits most women under dress size 16 (US) 20 (UK) or 48 (EU) with biceps less than 12" (30cm) in diameter.
The Extra Large Size fits great for women who wear over a dress size 16 (US) 20 (UK) or 48 (EU) and men who wear a shirt size L or larger.
