Same as for the other reins I bought, they are a bit too short (I extended them:) They re soft with a good grip, worth the purchase!

Nice.

The feel and grip on these reins are lovely. The only complaint I have is the metal prongs on them are bent and don't line up correctly with the stamped hole on the buckle ends.

A game changer for me!

I have been riding and training dressage for close to forty years. I have short arms and I have consistently had trouble keeping my reins short. I hate laced rains and I have been riding with some smooth rubber reins with stops and I saw these and decided to try them.. The price was certainly right. When I got them. I was very impressed with the quality of the leather parts. And I loved the way the sort of woven rubber felt in my hand. I used them in a lesson for the first time today. And oh my gosh the difference was incredible. I have a fairly new horse to me. And I'm trying to finish my silver medal and the improvement they made in my riding was great! I am going to tell all my friends. My trainer was impressed by my improvement as well!
