We reinvented the neck strap with an extra rolled leather, sitting above the neck strap for an easy hold that extends up to 16 inches. The Double Neck Strap is fully adjustable and comes with 2 straps for easy attachment to the saddle D rings to conform to FEI rules.

Sizing:

With a measuring tape, measure around the horse's neck where you want the Double Neck Strap to sit.

FULL SIZE- is 40" (102cm) - 50" (127cm) diameter. The Full Size fits MOST horses and cobs.

PONY SIZE measures 31" (79cm) - 44" (112cm) diameter. Fits MOST medium to very small ponies.

EXTRA FULL- 50"(127cm) - 64" (163cm) diameter. Fits LARGE draft-type horses.

Very good

Excellent tool for keeping my hands quiet!

I bought this strap at the recommendation of a dressage instructor, to help keep my hands nice and quiet. It works great for this and helps me not pull on my horse's mouth. Thank you for this. The leather and construction is very nice; I have had to put a few more holes in the leather though.

SOOO happy I bought this!

This has been the perfect tool to help keep my hands low while teaching my green horse to jump without punishing him in the mouth, as I am still working on my seat/balance. Great investment!

A little extra security

It’s easy to use, and gives a little extra security in the saddle. I do wish the straps that connect to the d rings were shorter, because I would like my strap a little closer to the saddle, so I could keep my hands in a good riding position while using it. Overall I like it though. I definitely felt more confident using it with riding out of the arena. It seems to be of good quality.

Double Neck Strap Modification for proper fit.

I added 8 new holes to each side of the adjustment straps so that it would fit my horse perfectly. I used a soldering iron with a conical tip to create the holes the exact size as the originals.
