I’ve been riding for just over 20 years, but about 8 years ago I developed a crippling anxiety disorder that often affects my riding. I started using the neck strap about a month ago on my new horse and what a difference! It’s nice to have that extra level of security when I need something to grip onto in my nervous moments, without pulling on and confusing my horse. It reminds me to keep my hands forward and I’m slowly starting to regain my confidence in the saddle, and my rides with my horse have been much more enjoyable. I also like how supple the leather was straight out of the package. It’s very well made. I highly recommend!

Beautifully made. Great product. Only issue I have is the straps that connect to the D rings are ridiculously long. They get in the way and look really messy. When I asked to swap for shorter ones I was told they’re all the same length even the pony ones and to cut them. It’s a very expensive item to be expected to cut it yourself to make it fit. Different options for strap lengths would be better in my opinion

I have a 17.1 Oldenburg Percheron that can romp a bit. I ordered strap for my peace of mind. I am on the last hole as I want him to be able to reach down and relax. I doubt this would fit a full draft if you wanted to give them any room to stretch. What is great is how long the D ring attachments are. I also ordered the extra long handle. Thank goodness because the standard strap would have been almost useless for anything but a quick grab . I want to be able to hold strap as we ride through a bit of spice. Even the extra long strap could be a bit longer. Quality and delivery very good. Glad I ordered this.
